Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

We make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, packages are held at the local facility for 5 business days.

Orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery. You can request signature confirmation for any order.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Address changes are possible if the order hasn't been processed yet. Contact customer service immediately for assistance.
What if my package is damaged during shipping?
We'll replace damaged items at no cost. Take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Note that expedited shipping options may not be available for P.O. Box addresses.
